James Moore

Managing Director, Morgan Philips Talent Consulting UK

James is responsible for our Talent Consulting business in the UK. The team support organisations to achieve their most important goals, through their people, with a focus on talent assessment, leadership development and talent management advisory services. Prior to moving in to consulting in 2015, James served 12 years in Royal Air Force, where he worked across a variety of roles including recruitment and selection, talent management and HR operations.

Phil Jefferis

Client Director

Phil is an experienced and accredited business psychologist and coach. Phil works within the area of talent management internationally, partnering with clients to deliver assessment and development centre programmes in Europe, Asia and America. He is particularly interested in working long-term with clients, providing strategic support and input into succession planning and building clients’ ‘leadership pipelines’.
He has considerable experience working alongside organisations going through merger and acquisition activity and widescale transformation, applying his assessment and coaching skills to facilitate organisational change and provide clear development recommendations to HR and Talent leaders.
