Previously, Alexis was the CEO – Europe of Hudson Global Resources before its European recruitment and talent consulting businesses (excluding Benelux) were acquired by Morgan Philips Group in 2018.

The team support organisations to achieve their most important goals, through their people, with a focus on talent assessment, leadership development and talent management advisory services. Prior to moving in to consulting in 2015, James served 12 years in Royal Air Force, where he worked across a variety of roles including recruitment and selection, talent management and HR operations.

Previously he was a director at Michael Page, where he looked after teams across Finance and Legal.
