Consultant – Life Sciences & Medtech

Isabelle Desprez joined Morgan Philips Switzerland at the beginning of 2021, as a Recruitment Officer. For more than 6 months, she accompanied and supported our Executive Search Consultants during their assignments. This experience allowed her to understand the identification and selection of executives and experts for our clients. Based on this experience, she was promoted to Fyte Consultant in September 2021. In March 2023, she joined Anne-Sophie Nicolaï’s team to develop the “Life Sciences” sector. Isabelle is now in charge of recruiting Junior and Middle Management profiles in the Healthcare industry.
As a graduate of the Geneva School of Management (HEG), her studies enabled her to develop her curiosity and to better understand the strategic challenges that companies are facing today and in the future. Isabelle has an excellent knowledge of the Swiss economy and excellent skills in the search and evaluation of candidates.
