Rémi Fouilloy is a Partner of Morgan Philips Group, where he manages the Luxembourgish, Belgian, and Swiss operations. Graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and NEOMA Business School, he began his career within PwC in Paris before joining the recruitment industry in 1999. Rémi worked for 13 years in the industry for an Anglo-Saxon player in Paris, Luxembourg, and Zurich. He then participated in the creation of Morgan Philips Executive Search and Fyte in 2013. With over 20 years of experience, he assists his clients in their search for the best executives, experts, and interim managers; he focuses strongly on the financial sector.
Charlotte is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Group Switzerland. She joins the firm to manage all the activities of the swiss activity and to develop the Digital, MarCom and Transformation practice in Switzerland. With over 17 years of experience, Charlotte recruits executives for large Swiss and international companies, start-ups and digital agencies. She started her career in digital agencies in New Business functions (Extreme, Dentsu International) and since 2010, she has held various leadership positions in an American recruitment firm and at Publicis Groupe where she implemented in-house talent acquisition process, as well as international mobility scheme and employer branding in both Paris and London. With a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Master degree from Audencia Business School in 2004 and a degree from HEC Executive Coaching in 2020, her double experience – from executive search side as well as client side - allows her to understand with tact the human and business issues of our clients.
Anne-Sophie Nicolaï joined Morgan Philips Executive Search in 2021 as an Associate Director to develop the Healthcare practice. She is an expert in the recruitment of executives and experts for the Healthcare industry in Switzerland and in Europe. For the past 15 years, she has been advising large groups, start-ups and midsize companies on their executive searchs. She has conducted C-Level missions for MedTech and pharmaceutical companies.
After graduating with a Master's degree in HR from ISG Paris, she started her career in headhunting and joined an independent firm in 2008 as a Partner and opened the first subsidiary in Geneva to develop the Lifesciences business in Switzerland and Europe. Thanks to her rich experience and expertise in the healthcare sector, Anne-Sophie is able to provide her clients and candidates with relevant and accurate support.
Marion Amacker joins Morgan Philips Executive Search in 2023 as an Associate Director to develop the Luxury & Hospitality practice. After graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière in Lausanne in 2002, she began her career in the luxury hotel industry before turning to recruitment. She first worked for The Adecco Group, mainly in the service sector. She went back to her first love, the hotel industry while working with Hosco in 2014 (Hospitality Connection SA). She successfully launched the Hosco Talent Search division, a platform dedicated to the Hospitality industry. For the past 15 years, she has been advising major hotel groups, major players in the tourism and hotel real estate sectors, and large luxury companies in the recruitment of their senior executives. With an international network, built up during her expatriations to London and New York, she remains firmly rooted in Switzerland, a market she is particularly fond of.
Valentin has joined Morgan Philips Executive Search to strengthen the IT and Financial Services practice. After graduating from Neoma Business School in 2014 with a preparatory class, he embarked on an entrepreneurial career in 2014, managing communication and advertising campaigns for prestigious clients and improving their digital strategy in Canada. In 2016, he joined an international recruitment agency in Mexico to create and develop the Sales department. Perfectly trilingual, he recruits C-Level talent profiles for the consulting, energy, automotive and consumer goods sectors.
Isabelle Desprez joined Morgan Philips Switzerland at the beginning of 2021, as a Recruitment Officer. For more than 6 months, she accompanied and supported our Executive Search Consultants during their assignments. This experience allowed her to understand the identification and selection of executives and experts for our clients. Based on this experience, she was promoted to Fyte Consultant in September 2021. In March 2023, she joined Anne-Sophie Nicolaï’s team to develop the “Life Sciences” sector. Isabelle is now in charge of recruiting Junior and Middle Management profiles in the Healthcare industry. As a graduate of the Geneva School of Management (HEG), her studies enabled her to develop her curiosity and to better understand the strategic challenges that companies are facing today and in the future. Isabelle has an excellent knowledge of the Swiss economy and excellent skills in the search and evaluation of candidates.
