Rémi manages Morgan Philips Group’s operations in Luxembourg, Belgium & Switzerland, including Fyte & Morgan Philips Executive Search. With a Master’s degree from Reims Management School in France, Rémi started his career with PwC Paris, where he stayed for two years before moving on to the recruitment sector. In 1999, Rémi joined Michael Page France as a consultant in the Finance division, where he was quickly entrusted with management responsibilities across a number of different departments, including HR, Tax & Legal, Consulting and Procurement & Supply Chain. Rémi then joined Michael Page Luxembourg as Country Head and was soon promoted to Executive Director, heading up the operations of the company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. In 2013, Rémi joined the founding team of Morgan Philips Group to build up and develop its activities in Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.
A holder of a Master’s in International Management from EADA Business School, Edouard started his career in an international recruitment firm in Luxembourg as a consultant, specializing in Sales & Marketing. In 2015, Edouard joined Morgan Philips Luxembourg to participate in the launch and the development of Fyte locally. Since 2019, Edouard leads our activities in Belgium as Managing Director of the Belgium office.
Sabrine is a seasoned professional with 6 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, and HR. She has experience in leading teams, building client and candidate relationships, and creating effective recruitment strategies. With an Associate's degree in Management & Children Psychology, Sabrine is a strong HR professional, able to guide both employers and candidates. Her extensive network in the recruitment industry allows her to source top talent in various sectors but she is mainly experienced in Finance. She is overseeing the daily operations of the FYTE activities in Antwerp. She speaks fluently Dutch, English, Arabic and has a good level of French.
Jules is a Consultant in the Finance division and is in charge of recruiting financial profiles such as Business Controllers, Finance Managers, Accountants... After graduating in Accounting and Business Management, Jules worked for 8 years in the Finance department of an international company active in the Real Estate sector. With this enriching experience, he joined the Fyte team in July 2022 to use his experience in finance to advise companies and the talents of tomorrow.
César is a graduate of Kedge Business School. He joined Morgan Philips Executive Search Belgium in January 2022 as an intern. After having developed skills in the identification and pre-selection of talents (CHRO, CFO, Head of Sales, Procurement Director, Marketing Manager,...) for various clients, he joined the Fyte Belgium teams and now assists companies in the recruitment of "Top & Middle Management" profiles for Sales and Marketing functions in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Iris joined the Morgan Philips Executive Search team in Belgium to develop the Sales & Marketing executive activities. She started her professional career in Marketing within a multinational FMCG company. After this large experience, she redirected her career towards the talent management world. Her aspiration was to shape the talents and careers of individuals as the human aspect holds a strong allure for her. Since then, with a successful track record spanning over more than 15 years, Iris has guided companies in their talent management endeavours and provided support to candidates in their pursuit of talent and career objectives, in a wide area of industries. Being trilingual, Iris deals with customers in French, English and Dutch
