Jolanta Samul Kowalska

Managing Director

Jolanta is responsible for the management and operational leadership of the company’s business in Poland. At the same time she is responsible for managing the team, defining and executing business development strategy and building long-term relationships with clients.

Jolanta has over 15 years of experience in personnel consultancy mostly in top and middle level managerial assignments. Her clients are both local and as well as multinational companies operating in various business areas from FMCG, through Retail to Life Science industries. As an executive career coach Jolanta has helped many managers successfully navigate through challenging periods in their careers.

Anna Kowalczyk

Senior Director of Fyte

Anna is responsible for FYTE division in Poland. She has a long-term experience in the scope of recruitment for projects related to finance, audit, SSC and currently IT departments. For many years she has been working in multinational corporations in financial departments. This experience allowed her to gain a great understanding of business corporate conditions from the operational, as well as substantial side. She has been sucessfully managing teams of highly specialised consultants working in finance and IT environments, who have been cooperating with recognised market brands.

Alexandra is responsible for business development and delivery of placement projects regarding high- and top level of managerial staff for general management, finance, sales, marketing and operational positions. Alexandra’s main responsibilities include strategic HR management consulting for international organizations. She has a lot of experience in the area of executive project management. Alexandra also specializes in project delivery for Private Equity Fund’s portfolio companies.

Head of Research - Practice Leader, Life Science & Consumer

Ewa has over 17 years of experience within the HR consulting area, which entails recruitment, business development and management of client relationships. She has placed hundreds of candidates over the years, mainly within marketing and sales departments in organizations operating within the FMCG, Finance and Pharmaceutical sectors. Previously, as the Head of Research she manages a team of research consultants, who support the recruitment process.

Ewa is responsible for business development and leading executive and direct search projects, mostly for companies operating in the Industry & Manufacturing area, with special focus on recruitment for top and high managerial positions. Ewa’s experience covers close cooperation with Boards of Directors of both leading international corporations and dynamically developing Polish companies. Except for recruitment for high and top managerial positions, it also includes competency evaluation and assessment (Assessment and Development Center) and leading development projects (trainings, mentoring and coaching).

Iza is responsible for Talent Management Programs - Career Transition, Outplacement (individual and group programs), career paths, competency assessment and professional coaching, as well as training / webinars in the field of career management, changes in the organization. Izabela has been working directly with clients across various industries (New Technology, Construction / Real Estate, Pharma, and Media) with a focus on board and board -1 level assignments, incl. CEO/COO for major corporations, Sales & Marketing Directors, CIO/CTO, also with middle management. She is DeWitte & Morel certified assessor (Belgium), she graduated from professional coaching studies (Mukoid Institute). She is a certified business trainer (IBD) and a trainer of vocational guidance method "Parachute" (FISE). Iza has completed postgraduate studies: “Human Resources Management”.
