WHAT IS THE PERCEPTION OF WORK AND EMPLOYMENT

65% of total respondents would like to work from home more, although the majority felt remote working diminishes company belonging and contributes to the feeling of isolation.

Key findings :

The UK has high confidence levels when considering securing a new role, with 57% feeling like they could secure a new position with ease.

The level of confidence among the UK respondents continues with 72% of respondents not concerned with losing their job.

Nearly half of the UK respondents (44%) are looking to move companies within the next 3 years, 17% of which are looking to move in this current year (2022).
