Xavier is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Interim Management and works across the firm’s entire interim manager recruitment, for all professions and sectors. He is specialised in the urgent recruitment and interim management of executives, experts and directors. He began his career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant in the transport system sector, then in 2006 became Director of the Rail and Urban Transport department at a general recruitment firm. He then founded his own business, focusing on the recruitment of all professions related to land use planning.
Florence has been Associate Director at Morgan Philips Interim Management since 2018. With solid experience in direct recruitment, Florence has held the role of recruitment consultant in various well-known international companies where she developed her expertise in IT recruitment. Following studies in International Business, Florence began her career as Commercial Engineer in 2004.
After 7 years spent in Singapore as the SEA Executive Director, Laurianne takes a new role in France as Practice Leader within Morgan Philips Interim Management. She is now based in France and focuses her work on the following fields: Interim Management Search for Executives, Experts, Directors & Talent Consultancy in the following practices : Top Management, Finance/Accounting, HR/Tax/Legal, Sales & Marketing, Engineering. Laurianne has been living in Singapore for the past 7 years, where she has managed a spectrum of placements across the SEA region. Her travels and exposure to diverse cultures helped develop her knowledge in regional labour practices and cross-effective cultural differences, making her initiatives all the more effective. Prior to Morgan Philips, Laurianne served as Associate Director for global Executive Search, where she focused on Recruitments and Talent Advisory as an assessment diagnosis. Laurianne is also fluent in English and she is a certified professional Coach.
Alexandra joined Morgan Philips Interim Management as Associate Director to specialise in the interim management of executives, experts and directors following an entrepreneurial experience in 2018. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the recruitment of sales and marketing profiles in international recruitment firms, and consultant and manager roles in France and overseas. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and is a certified professional coach.
Rebecca joined Morgan Philips Interim Management in 2019 to develop the Life Sciences practice. A graduate in Psychology and Human Resources, Rébecca is equipped with genuine expertise in medical and healthcare recruitment, since she has held various roles in companies specialised in medical recruitment. She has worked for more than 10 years with private clinics, hospitals, university hospitals, non-profit private healthcare facilities and occupational healthcare services for the recruitment of doctors and executive leaders.
Edwige has more than 20 years of sales experience in large groups with C level to address their strategic issues. She started her career in BPO sales before specializing in HR solutions in 2014. Edwige joined Morgan Philips Transition Management as Associate Director in March 2023 to develop the Banking and Insurance sector. She is involved in Interim Management Search for Executives, experts and managers.
With more than 10 years of experience in recruitment consultancy within recruitment firms and temporary agencies specializing in Luxury, Fashion and Retail, Leslie joined Morgan Philips Interim Management as an Associate Director in January 2021. She assists her clients on issues of recruiting executives and managers, both on transition assignments and on urgent permanent contracts.
Nicolas started his career with operational marketing functions in the automotive sector before joining the recruitment in 2011. For more than 10 years, he has dedicated himself to the search for executives, experts and managers, and has assisted several major players in the industry at the international level in the reorganisation of their teams. His certification as a coach also enables him to accompany candidates throughout their integration phase and thus secure their recruitment. He joined the Interim Management division at Morgan Philips in 2022 as Associate Director to develop the industrial sector which he particularly likes.
Following numerous experiences in Luxury Hotels and Restaurants in France and Japan, Marie-Camille first specializes in recruiting for this sector, where personnel needs are constant, varied and complex. She joined Morgan Philips Interim Management where she coordinates and manages the search team in order to find the best profiles.
Diana is Director of Training & Processes for all Morgan Philips group brands in France. She designs, develops and moderates training for consultants in order to assist them in their development throughout their career with the group. Diana participated in the creation of FYTE and developed the Office & Sales Support area of the firm, which she managed for 6 years.
As Communication & Marketing Manager, Marion assists the Group’s various brands in France to define and implement their digital communication strategy and employer-brand. Specialised in HR and digital communication, Marion began her career at an international consulting company before joining Morgan Philips Group in 2018.
